Old Man Emu offers a range of tuned and matched integrated suspension kits to ensure the right suspension is selected for how the vehicle is outfitted and the conditions it will encounter. Old Man Emu suspension systems are designed to enhance ride quality, ride control, load-carrying capacity, and ride height. When building an off-road vehicle, it's best to notate the heavy parts that you plan to add. Heavy components will slowly begin to compress your suspension which results in vehicle sag. Choosing an Old Man Emu integrated suspension kit will avoid sag and ride discomfort as their engineers have tuned and matched suspension components for an range of different weights.
This suspension lift kit comes with Old Man Emu BP-51 shocks. Utilizing the latest off-road technology, the BP-51 is an user adjustable internal bypass shock absorber. With 10 levels of compression and 10 levels of rebound adjustment, BP-51 delivers unmatched comfort and control ; both on and off road. This suspension lift kit is tuned and matched for the Toyota Tacoma to provide 3in of lift in the front and 2in of lift in the rear.
Do you plan to have consistent weight in the bed such as a camper, tool box or overland gear. If so a heavier rated spring is recommended to maintain 2" of lift while loaded.
